You've really not given enough information to go on. For example, how long have you been there? (From what you've stated here, it sounds like a short while). How much do you, or have you spoken with her (and what about)? What do you mean when you say "a towel short enough"? For what? A face washer? How short is "short enough"? Like a Greyhound? (That'd be about an inch off the hare!) Does she do this when the other girls are at home, or just when only you are there? I have been living there for about 4 years and at start it did not happen and this started about 15 months ago.
