  Total waste of time if you're looking for permanent results.. OK for the moment that you use it, but will return to normal every time.. Surgery is the only way , but I don't know how good it is...

  The only permanent results I've read about regarding the use of Penis Pumps would be the result of overuse/misuse.   Apparently, a technique called Jelqing might help! You can do a search on it to find out.
