  Six packs are highly over-rated. At my age, I've got to be almost dead from starving myself to get my bodyfat levels down below 8%... I can do it.. but only for a couple of weeks ... it's unsustainable... a guy's gotta eat more than a cup of salad every two hours to be able to bonk without collapsing a lung... so I ask myself this quesiotn... What's it going to be? A good shag or visible abs? Now I'm not talking about those young boyz... visible abs were comparatively effortless until I was around 22... nope I mean abs for us older buggas is pretty much out of the picture..... lolz... unless you are from Tamworth.   Nope, what you say on your profile is important, but you need to stand out from the lads somehow.   Hugs Gazza

  Now women will tell you that they are into personality etc, but if you don't get their attention 1st with your looks it wouldnt matter if you the richest man in the world or had a won the Nobel peace prize the majority will be drawn to the guy under you witha pic of a  six pak and you will be completely passed over, go with the six pak and the well worded earnest profile.  but what would i know...lolGood luck fellaCheers Nev
