Well, no, she's not a cock teaser. If she sees you as a brother....then it's highly likely she DOES see you as a brother...nothing more, nothing less. I like to have men friends, in lieu of a brother which I don't have, to talk frankly about things with cos sometimes its good to get a male perspective.
