  Well i agree with you jackij what you have actually mentioned is setting the right atmosphere amd that does go a long wayto creating a level of compatibility and trust,it is special to share moments like that with someone,but setting the right atmosphere can only go so far because if the spark is not there between the 2 parties it can than turn out to be a non event ehich would be a big let down but dont die wondering i never have i have always liked romantic settings has long as the company is right. Keep at it and coming up with your ideas. evgenia

  Call it relaxing.. I do not drink. Yet still a bottle of water.. And someone to talk to.. Having something in your hands can and does put people at ease. And about the Red Wine. There is a reaction between the smell.. And the taste that makes the brain more easy to relax. More Carm.. Also the action of drinking together. Again puts people into a state of happyness..

  Dunno about red wine, but for me, a good scotch really does it. I'm starting to turn my wife around to the merits of an excellent whisky, too. None of this shoddy 10, 12 year old stuff, I admit I'm addicted to the premium 18 year old single malts. Yum!

  i work in the wine industry......a decent bottle of red and attraction between two people can lead to a great night.....and morning :)

  The Sumerians had poetry on the affects of red wine...creativity and love making were big fixtures and with good reason! I think they also involve similar parts of the brain - good reason why both are so wonderful :) Now if I could only find that book of Sumerian poetry?

  Hi there...it's an interesting topic...the Sumerians had poetry dedicated to the affects of red wine, specifically its boosts to creativity and love making. Interestingly it appears these activities involve similar parts of the brain, which is probably why they're so damn enjoyable :) So I'm sure there's a link there somewhere xo
