If we have made some sort of contact, such as a phone call, then I expect it would move swiftly from there. I used to have a two week rule, if I was really interested in someone. If I hadnt met you within those two weeks of initial contact then, I didnt keep further contact, and deleted your details etc. That sort of came about from a guy who just endlessly chatted to me for months and always had an excuse to not meet, when I first joined. Of course there are some exceptions to the rule, like if the guy is currently working away, and wont be back for a few weeks. It just gets rid of the time wasters as far as I am concerned or those sort of hiding something. Way too many out there eager to meet. Oh and there is the I get bored thing lol.xx Miss Honey xx

Oh of course there's a thrill in the chase and that thrill lingers longer the longer the chase takes. Once caught the chase can often be far more thrilling than the acts that follow.I get a thrill every night Mrs Pup gets naked and slides into bed. I get another thrill in the morning as I watch her naked butt slide out of bed (always wait till she gets up first for this!) There's also often a few thrills in between too!Our intital chase didn't last that long, neither of us could wait to tear each others clothes off and lucky we're both easy!

Well I would at least like to chase Sophie or Miiss Honey Around the bed or the House a couple of times' before I attack and ravaged them...While playing JAWS music on my Ipod......now that would be a good chase ! But seriously.....some people chase just for the hell of it ........and once you have a date worked out ....they pull out....that shits me !.....and everyone else to ! There is allways some sort of a chase, some are long', some are short....some are friends, some are more ! xo Tam

It's the chase that makes it worthwhile, the flirting and then that first touch followed by that long hot steamy kiss & then well you know .. Without thinking - the chase has to make it better. It's the "Yes" of the deal. When thinking about it. Evolution is a very slow process. Slower than the creation and decemation of powerful societies. A chase for a meal, hunting it, killing it, preparing it, then eating it is a meal savored.

great question Miss Sophie, I love the thrill of the chase....it can often be such a reward to finally achieve what initially seemed unattainable. So far only one of my pursuits has been a let-down. I've never really been interested in a sure-thing, and even then I made sure there was a build-up to the meet so we had that raw sexual tension building...even though we both knew what we were meeting for anyway. I just love the fact if you're chasing you build it up so much in your head...and if you attain it and it is as rewarding as you imagined, then you are the luckest and happiest person on earth!! have to agree with the majority here.... for me the thrill of the chase is about the lost Art of Seduction.... I like to seduce and be seduced... even if it's in the space of a single night... the chase doesn't have to be about weeks of messages and unreturned phone calls... it should be about flirting and stirring interest and desire... creating pleasure and an air of mystery...and if you add a bit of spicy confusion to the ingredients for seduction... it's a very satisfying meal ;)

It has to be the chase. You always appreciate the things you work for more than the things that drop in your lap (though i do guess it depends on whose dropping in your lap). But the chase is a form of forplay it increases the anticipation. Much as if you bring a woman close to orgasm then stop and tease her for a while and repeat the process the orgasm she has is greater than the quick fix. How ever there are no hard and fast rules so some times we prefer the quick reward and sometimes we like a slow drawn out chase as long as there is the reward at the end and both parties are happy :)

Hi all The chase for sure, as I recently put in another post, I think sex is both mental and physical and the chase just adds to the mental side of the climax :) I love both being seduced and seducing and flirting would have to be one of the best ways to pass the time (and its amazing how much you can learn about a new person through flirting if its done right :P ) Even after you have the person for the first time, there is always the flirting and the chasing between sex .... mmmm So for me its the chase for sure Hihellogday

Dog how exactly do you meet someone if you dont meet? *scratches head*. You just gave the perfect example of why I put the rule in place, I knew someone would hehe. I think there are many here just for fantasy and ego stroking and that just gets a little ho hum for me...NEXT. Often these are the types that are breaking off arrangements to meet etc....time wasters. I am with Kilee and Trev, I am way too busy to bother about sitting behind a computer exchanging compliments and fantasing about it. You even see it in the forums with people fishing for compliments etc...yawns. Easily spotted by their lack of reference to RHP expereinces, but wow their wealth of knowledge on subjects..gee google is a good tool hey..hehe. For those that it does refer to, you are really ripping yaselves off, and missing out on some excellent fun and lovely people to meet. Be honest in your profiles, put chat only, social meets only etc, it makes it easier for people to move to the next profile. Without getting into the arguments.... We are all for the chase. Good sex is about 90% mental, 10% physical. For us the chase is a big part of the mental build up. Makes things much hotter when we do meet.But we do understand the attraction of a quick meet too, just doesn't work as well for us.

Being a self confessed old fart I can remember a time before the internet, bulletin boards and even television. Social networking has certainly evolved a lot with this whiz bang 'so-called' information super highway. There was a time of netiquette but now that has turned into a stream of endless spam. Meeting people has certainly evolved too from the country dance with the ladies lined up one side and the gents the other. The sexes seem to mingle better these days. Women used to give up work when they got married… in fact they often had no choice… they were sacked. Today women compete in the workforce, with the risk of diminished fertility due to delaying reproduction to have a career. It's more an attention deficit era, than before. People wanting satisfaction without undue delays. Women are more likely now to make the first move, and be more sexually assertive. Sometimes it's hard to know who is chasing who, and there's still a lot of truth to the saying that a man chases a woman until she catches him. It's interesting to read of rules here… and think how calculated the game can be. When logic and reasoning is applied to an often emotive exploit. But that can happen when one thinks rationally and separates sex from love in a relationship… or more accurately an arrangement. When pleasure becomes paramount, rather than the person you're doing it with. But then the open-mindedness of likeminded people has resulted in a great diversity in the way we express ourselves sexually, with roleplaying and sensory experimentation. In contrast, the thrill of the chase is largely lost in faithful monogamous relationships, once the knot is tied. No wonder swinging is so popular.
