I have been diagnosed with moderate to severe sleep apnea - as opposed to suffering it. This means that when I go to sleep, I have a little electric machine that sits nearby, and I wear a darth vader mask that quite conveniently sits on my nose. It's what I need to do.....sexy?? Well, I think we've all said in the past that sexiness is radiated from within, so quite frankly I don't care if it makes me look less sexy, as I make it look incredible ;) - Posted from rhpmobile

what on earth causes u to do that? just involuntary? I'm sure some blokes/ladies have mouthpieces for sleep apnoea and snoring issues so shouldn't be any different. people have braces, false teeth....eyemasks etc etc its just a mouthguard, slips out in a jiffy and game on. I wouldn't worry bout it too much

talk in my sleep....ask me anything and I'll tell you. If I am really stressed out about something, I will mumble all night long and wake up the next morning having no idea that I even talked or even recall conversations. I have woken some people up and seriously they have cracked the shits at me the next morning, cause they have had the worst nights sleep or they ask me about how I slept and I say "fantantastic and you??"... Seriously, it's baaaaaaaaad! Foxy

I snore and talk in my sleep. Plus I have to where one as well. Have crack two teeth and it wasn't a very nice experience. It wouldn't bother me at all,it could be out in a second and then game on.

Allergies (to dust, pet hair,hayfever) play up most in the night, especially sleeping with.someone who needs air con on all night so unless I've had extra doses of medicine ill be sneezing and heavy breathing the night away minimum of about three hours after I wake up. There are a few apps. I read reviews and opted to pay for one ($1.29). It's called Sleep Talk by MadinSweden. Mad, not Made. I snored a little around 3.30am, rolled over a lot from 4.30am and slept through three very loud freight trains. No audible farts, thankfully ;) - Posted from rhpmobile

Sometimes it can take me a long time to fall asleep but once I do I'm dead to the world, I don't remember dreams or anything. I might download this app just to check that I don't get up to any fun that I'm missing out on.

If you said that Lilmissfussy with your mouth guard in....oh gosh my mind is taking me away now :) Nah just jokes....I think we all have that one thing we are afraid of someone else to see or hear. It's like as if we have this other side that we don't want to show hehehe. I have this thing where I cough up phlegm in the morning....nothing like hocking up in the morning to get the blood pumping and the hormones racing hahaha.

As much as i like cuddles and spooning before going to sleep its not possible for me to wake up that way cos i would have rolled away and then rolled around on my own side a million times by morning. At least i don't steal the blanket when i do it. And i wont bump into you either.

I always wonder how some people wake up with nice hair. My hair goes haywire at night and I wake up with 'Bride of Frankenstein' hair. some men find it sexy, I don't. On cold winter nights, I love slipping into my comfy flannelette pyjamas and turn on the electric blanket. I know it looks like your nanna getting ready for bed, but when I dont have some hot man to spoon with and warm my bed for me every night, this is the next best thing.... So sexy yet so unsexy... Go figure.

OH MY LORDY! I downloaded the app and listened to it this morning. I will never EVER do that again...NEVER! Scared the be-jesus out of me alright!! Holy crap! Between the moans/groans and mumbling, I listened to things I didn't know about even when I'm awake. Tis very very very very eeeeeeeeeery alright! I have so much empathy for those who sleep next to me now, it really must drive them crazy! Here I am thinking I've had a wonderful sleep and the the poor buggers have had put up with me talking. But they do say, sharing is caring...right?? LOL I feel soooooooo unsexy now... Foxy

Leoman, RE: coughing up Phlegm - sorry I think it's vile and unsexy. I have slept several times next to a person who does that in their sleep - at first I thought they were choking or something.. Frightened me to death it did..and woke me up. Wait till you have some one who stops breathing in their sleep when they snore and then they cough up Phlegm at the same time....that's scary shit! Foxy

for snoring from Mrs Luvsilver every now and then.. It is not too bad most of the time but if I have been drinking too much red wine or bourbon she says it is very bad. Mrs Luv often wears an eye mask and ear plugs to bed if the room is too light or noisy - not so good a look. Mr Luvsilver

Yeah its sleep dont worry too much about it. Ive often lain awake at night jsut watching the "cuteness" of my sleeping partner. Getting back to the issue at hand, dont sweat it OP its a small thing that you will realise soon once you get used to it. Its jsut change that is scary and you dont pop the thing in until its officially time to pass out anyway. Im sure it will detract nothing fro your bougoure (sp?) lineup. Silently Cuddles and Massages make up for almost anything *)
