  Thought i cannot clearly see your face in your profile picture, you seem attractive.   What you MAY not realise is the very same woman you find attractive and desireable and interesting, so are MANY other guys your age and even probably quite a bit older too.   Secondly, in my mind (logically or not) Red Hot Pie is a "dating" site which implies there MAY be sexual or simiilar meets.  There are other dating sites which are possibly even more tame.   I really feel for you if you are on the paid level of only say 5 replies per?  rather than an unlimited or Super premium rate and Then no one bothers replying.   I myself am a GUEST and are flirted at/ by male GUESTS, it becomes a game of Flirtation line tags back and forth, fruitless because neither of us can send a message etc.  I get ONE free reply per WEEK and i dont know Which of the men who respond to me, who are guests, is worthiest of all.   Keep persisting, posting these sort of forums may help possibly as someone around your age will get to see your profile and feel sorry for you.  Enough to make contact hopefully anyway.   GOOD LUCK

  However some messages don't warrant a response other than a few choice obscenities (I prefer simply ignoring & deleting) A pet of loathing of mine are emails sent containing presumptious, arrogant and often lewd suggestions. C'mon ppl, manners cost nothing & first impressions count!

  They simply couldnt be bothered coodbegood. A lot dress it up saying otherwise but it's the truth. There are some good ones out there but they are few and far between. Also be careful to read the profiles, you may find that a lot of the ones you are messaging are, not after a guy, are attached or part of a couple, or if the person has not been online for a month, expect they have gone. If you are getting one response for every 5 emails sent that is about norm, with most of those giving you the not interested response.

  Look at the stats in the top right, telling you how many people are online.If you look at the breakdown, it will show you the different groups looking for their perfect match.Generally, there's eight to ten straight guys for every straight girl (odd are vary slightly between the other sexual dispositions).QED, the girls have to dig through AT LEAST ten times the crap and spam that we guys do - a polite reply to every flirt from a random guy is soon going to take a big chunk of the day. People are generally (even in a relatively anonymous forum) polite - if they aren't, odds are there's an excellent reason.I think my response rates are about half or so (ok, 47%, just looked it up) - I'm pretty careful to message profiles that actually match, that I'm actually interested in - as opposed to mass mailing everyone and hoping for the best...Hope that helps!PS - This is SO a sex site! That's why there's no flirt 'let's walk along a moonlit beach'  :)

  In some ways it is like a job application.  How many times you read about a job and think... hey that is me... you apply and hear nothing back ... or sorry you didnt make the short list.Yes rather than someone taking a few seconds to send a reply back to you saying 'thanks but no thanks' .. they instead just totally ignore... thats just rude in our books.If people are on this or other sites similar, they are out to meet others for one thing or another (yeah ok there are the fake profiles) ... so why not respond.Coodbegood, the real ones are out there, but you gotta weed out the false ones first unfortunately.

  This is like a never ending question this one...The only reasons i don't reply to messages are:* If they don't match what im looking for - eg outside my age bracket, or couples, females. i dont see why i should have to reply to them when it clearly states on my profile what it is im looking for.* If someone sends me a message saying - add me on msn heres my msn.. No hi how are you, no pic no nothing, when you ask for a pic they say oh i have one on msn .... Ummm well if you have one on msn why not just put it here or atleast have it in pg.* when i get a message that says "hi", as ive been thru this before, and it ends up being back n forward never ending messages.* If they send flirts every day and ive told them im not interested, yet they still send messages.All other messages I reply to, well im pretty sure i do, even if it is a few weeks later... I still reply.Anyways I hope your luck picks up, and just remember not all females give you the cold shoulder :)have a good oneTiges

  Hey coodbegood...my question to you...is do you read their profiles first? My single profile has on it...   "iim just here to chat...not interested in meeting with anyone - so DONT ASK....not interested in adding anyone for private chats - so DONT ASK...not looking for anything...except those damn keys...where did i put them..... "   Now I think thats pretty clear without being rude...but I still constantly get messages...asked while im in chat...or whispered while im in chat...if i would like to meet or have a private IM or to add them - all from single guys. Now while I definately enjoy the attention lol...I have to think - have they read my profile? Or do they think what I typed isnt what I really want?   I try never to be rude and for the first couple of years answered every flirt and message I received.  But now....well ....no - I dont reply. Although I agree with PinkPussy that this is a sex site (you norti gal hehehe)...its also a chat site...***shrugs her shoulders***....so each to their own.   I know its been brought up in the forums before about do people actually read profiles. And although it seems like its mainly the girls who wonder this, I have spoken to many males who get a little "twitchy" when guys send them a flirt or even a message....espeically when they have on their profile they are not gay or bi!!! SHOCK HORROR.   Anyway...good luck with your search...I hope you find what YOU are looking for. cheers :-)

  I can't imagine why any sane person would not reply to you mate. :p   Like others have said, it's a numbers game. Women on RHP get lots of "cold callers", and after a while of being courteous and replying to everyone, the more popular ladies wouldn't be able to reply to everyone and still have a life. You might get one message a day.. but single ladies are getting 10 times that or something... Anyway, there's no point complaining as nothing will change this. I suggest you get active in the forums and chat and especially Redhot Pics so that people notice you. Ok.. that redhot pics thing was just for my own gratuitous benefit... hehe.   Hugs Gaz
