Seems to be very normal. I get quite a few messages from men as young as 21 and not just on this site, in fact almost every time I go out I get hit on by much younger men. Isn't it funny how we find labels for everything... I've found the same as the other ladies on here - lots of messages from young men - even as young as 19. The only validation I have is from a gorgeous lady older than me. Still hoping I get to meet Koko and Keepitsimple. Why? Well, I'd rather a mature lady than a drama queen. At 16 I was with a 34yo and always averaged men 8-16yrs older than myself. The few men younger than I usually early 30's have left little of an impression (no offence gentlemen) but I'm willing to see if anyone steps up to the plate to alter my perspective. Well it's all been said, but then again it all bores down to the maturity and the way an older lady would handle the situation. Well from what I have asked the you guns Ive been seeing ,they all have the same answer.becuase we know what we want and tell it like it is. We have the experience and not acting chicldish like,girls,their own age. Men in thier 40s I found had it a bit harder in some cases , separations, divorces , ugly custody battles thankfully over due to children being almost adults , loss of property due to divorce or separation. Feeling unsatisfied or appreciated in their careers . more then a few men I met had experienced these things but most that I met of had the maturity and wisdom to look at these events as parts of theirs lives that had occurred events that were traumitising at times yet they didn't have to limit their future prospects to live,laugh and love again because of them. In essence to me I saw in these men a ray of hope in a bright future that hadn't given in to bitterness and distrust . I can't comment on men in their 50s as I don't date men that are near my parents age range. okay to be fully candid here I met one man that ranted about his ex for 2 hours giving me a anger filled saga of infidelity and dishonesty on her behalf . and that's not an experience I will EVER go through again. but on the whole all I stated above has run true for me. - Posted from rhpmobile

One of the (many) reasons for my "snip". Unfortunately the wonderful dream of a long term loving partner and happy family seems to be shattered all too often.
