of inspirational quotes too! I have many favourites but this is my favourite at the moment “Promise Yourself,To be so strong that nothingcan disturb your peace of mind.To talk health, happiness, and prosperity... to every person you meet.To make all your friends feelthat there is something in themTo look at the sunny side of everythingand make your optimism come true.To think only the best, to work only for the best, and to expect only the best.To be just as enthusiastic about the success of othersas you are about your own.To forget the mistakes of the pastand press on to the greater achievements of the future. To wear a cheerful countenance at all timesand give every living creature you meet a smile. To give so much time to the improvement of yourselfthat you have no time to criticize others. To be too large for worry, too noble for anger, too strong for fear, and too happy to permit the presence of trouble. To think well of yourself and to proclaim this fact to the world, not in loud words but great deeds. To live in faith that the whole world is on your sideso long as you are true to the best that is in you.”

"I am an invisible child of a thousand faces of love, that floats over the swirling sea of life, surrounded by the meadows of the winged shepherds, where stillness of midnight summer's warmth pervades. Strength lies in the magnification of the secret qualities of my own personality, my own character, and though I am only a messenger, I am me. Let me decorate many hearts and paint a thousand faces with colours of inspiration and soft silent sounds of value. Let me be like a child, and run barefoot through the forest of laughing and crying people, giving flowers of imagination and wonder, that God gives free.   Shall I fall on bended knees and wait for someone to bless me with happiness and a life of golden dreams? No. I shall run into the desert of life with my arms open, sometimes falling, sometimes stumbling, but always picking myself up, a thousand times if necessary. Often life will burn me; often life will caress me tenderly. Many of my days shall be haunted by complications and obstacles, and there will be moments so beautiful my soul shall weep in ecstasy.   I shall be a witness, but never shall I run or turn from life, from me. Never shall I forsake myself or the timeless lessons I have taught myself, nor shall I let the value of divine inspiration and being be lost. My rainbow covered bubble shall carry me further than beyond the horizon's settings, forever to serve, to love, and to live as a sannyasin." Quoting 'DeviousMissM' Do or do not. It doesn't interest me what you do for a living. I want to know what you ache for and if you dare to dream of meeting your heart's longing. It doesn't interest me how old you are. I want to know if you will risk looking like a fool for love, for your dream, for the adventure of being alive. It doesn't interest me what planets are squaring your moon. I want to know if you have touched the centre of your own sorrow, if you have been opened by life's betrayals or have become shrivelled and closed from fear of further pain. I want to know if you can sit with pain, mine or your own, without moving to hide it, or fade it, or fix it. I want to know if you can be with joy, mine or your own; if you can dance with wildness and let the ecstasy fill you to the tips of your fingers and toes without cautioning us to be careful, be realistic, remember the limitations of being human. It doesn't interest me if the story you are telling me is true. I want to know if you can disappoint another to be true to yourself. If you can bear the accusation of betrayal and not betray your own soul. If you can be faithless and therefore trustworthy. I want to know if you can see Beauty even when it is not pretty every day. And if you can source your own life from its presence. I want to know if you can live with failure, yours and mine, and still stand at the edge of the lake and shout to the silver of the full moon, 'Yes.' It doesn't interest me to know where you live or how much money you have. I want to know if you can get up after the night of grief and despair, weary and bruised to the bone and do what needs to be done to feed the children. It doesn't interest me who you know or how you came to be here. I want to know if you will stand in the centre of the fire with me and not shrink back. It doesn't interest me where or what or with whom you have studied. I want to know what sustains you from the inside when all else falls away. I want to know if you can be alone with yourself and if you truly like the company you keep in the empty moments. Quoting 'Justforfun112' of inspirational quotes too! Hi!Hun :) Ive been reading your Posts since you began and 1 thing is for certain we have very similar approach to all that's important. Here again The Inspirational Quote you've chosen is another example.. I've had it all Money, Success so on but something was Missing. It wasn't until it was all taken away that I realized The wealth comes from with in Me "My Spiritual Self"..I'm not Materially wealthy My Health is returning, I have Balance within and My Life. I know My Priorities now I live My Life with Love and try to be a Positive Influence on others.. I do this everyday of My Life. I Love who I am...I know What I'm about.. I have Balance within. I Embrace those who come into My Life.Connecting within Those who do. Knowing their true selves, not the Facade. You have awesome Energies, I'm sure I've mentioned it before. I love picking them up from you.I hope you don't mind it's a Natural occurence. I never intrude I'm Invited in. I am amazed at the "Spiritual Abilities" I possess now that have intensified with time and upheaval in My Life too .I'm able to ease others Pain with the aid of the Spirit Realm..I'm very Grateful for this Blessing and all I have.I enjoy what's coming to me in every way... Thank You for sharing Cheers Lu :)

The secret is here in the present. If you pay attention to the present, you can improve upon it. And, if you improve on the present, what comes later will also be better. Forget about the future, and live each day according to the teachings, confident that God loves his children. Each day, in itself, brings with it an eternity.

Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. The Holy Bible.

A professor stood before his philosophy class and had some items in front of him. When the class began, he wordlessly picked up a very large and empty mayonnaise jar and proceeded to fill it with golf balls. He then asked the students if the jar was full. They agreed that it was. The professor then picked up a box of pebbles and poured them into the jar. He shook the jar lightly. The pebbles rolled into the open areas between the golf balls. He then asked the students again if the jar was full. They agreed it was. The professor next picked up a box of sand and poured it into the jar. Of course, the sand filled up everything else. He asked once more if the jar was full. The students responded with a unanimous 'yes.' The professor then produced two Beers from under the table and poured the entire contents into the jar effectively filling the empty space between the sand. The students laughed.. 'Now,' said the professor as the laughter subsided, 'I want you to recognize that this jar represents your life. The golf balls are the important things---your family, your children, your health, your friends and your favorite passions---and if everything else was lost and only they remained, your life would still be full. The pebbles are the other things that matter like your job, your house and your car. The sand is everything else---the small stuff. 'If you put the sand into the jar first,' he continued, 'there is no room for the pebbles or the golf balls. The same goes for life. If you spend all your time and energy on the small stuff you will never have room for the things that are important to you. Pay attention to the things that are critical to your happiness. Spend time with your children. Spend time with your parents. Visit with grandparents. Take time to get medical checkups. Take your spouse out to dinner. Play another 18. There will always be time to clean the house and fix the disposal. Take care of the golf balls first---the things that really matter. Set your priorities. The rest is just sand. One of the students raised her hand and inquired what the Beer represented. The professor smiled and said, 'I'm glad you asked.' The Beer just shows you that no matter how full your life may seem, there's always room for a couple of Beers with a friend.

There is no reply.Unkind words, and thoughtless snubs, are but the echoes, from a small and frightened person.I was told that, The head at that table would feel as he has been treated with respect, the rival would not have the invite for a further discussion at that table.I was just the quiet bloke that remembered when it was time to pour some Very successful gentlemen, a ginger beer with milk, so they could enjoy a scotch after a few ales. And not upset the ulcers. I was privelaged to many fine conversations, with a few very fine men. If it were not heard for myself, I would still probably believe that logical thinking and logicaly applied, was the key for these high classed business men. Logics must have been for the paymaster, as these men built empires, simply by telling the rivals a few suggestive words, with a bit of a theme, then let the story be told, for what had the answers within, but the story was the solution. Apparently the Quote these men were educating me, the naive , but respectful young fellow. Was to think outside the apparent, leave logical thinking for the logical academics, and learn about the people around the time, by listening to the automatic response and decided meanings, for the story that begins to transpire. There is a lot to learn from the story told to you, for a few words with no story given for them. Those old buggers left me to find the jist for that, and more than likely knew that my thoughts would be active to the meanings they wanted to share, for the last twenty odd years, and probably the next few decades.Be a charming gentleman, respectful and honest. Ask questions, that you already have the answer, and learn the people for the answer they are seeking to find for themselves. Some people will tell you there deepest desires, and intentions, if they believe you have already told them what you are thinking. And they are just answering what you, never said at all. Now they have said it. Yep a bit bent, but good men.Mado
