Sadly, the following scenarios seemed to occur on a regular basis when I was a single female, and to my female friends... each and every time they were a complete turn-off: Men who talk themselves up (TOO much) It's fair enough for people to state that they are good in bed - if they are. But to continually bang on "Yeah, baby, I'm so GOOD, I'm the best you'll ever have, come on baby you know you want it" blah blah BLAH basically indicates to me that you are, in fact, a dud. More often than not, it ends in disappointment. Quite frankly, if you were that good, you wouldn't be talking yourself up.... because you'd be showing me. And by the way - the people who are good, do ;) Booty-call calls or texts at 2/3/4/5 A.M.Buddy, I know you've been out on the town, and you lucked out. And you're probably drunk, or high, or both, and obviously horny as all hell. But I am NOT your back-up plan. Am turned off by people who confuse recreational drug users with hard-drug addicts. (I work with heroin and ice users every day, and 2withnolimits I'm terribly sorry to hear that). . On a profile: "D&D free." Also "Clean". Not sure what people even mean by this, and since there have been posters in the past who have mentioned they prefer unprotected sex as long as the other person is "clean", I always think about that when I see the word. . Oh, and discrete is not the same as discreet.

Drug use is definitely an instant turn off for me. Not from a judgemental standpoint, but from the point that I left all that in my teens/early 20's and I have no interest in going back there. Much the same as really heavy binge drinking, I'm over it now and would rather spend time with people who don't need to be half comatose to "have a good time"

Interesting to read what other dislike... Agree with some and others don't bother me personally. Body odor and bad breath are big ones. I've gotta be clean myself if I'm getting with someone - If I'm not I won't even try to pick up.... I shower, brush my teeth, etc first... I know this is my my issue... While I don't I expect the same extreme as I give, I do like cleanliness in a partner. People who are constantly on their mobile phone. I will walk away from the most attractive of people if the must be answering txts, being on facebook, taking calls rather than having a conversation. On this topic, whose who take a phone to dinner and use it...... height of bad manners. People who consider their sexual needs more important than the others. For me it is about give an take. Almost without exception high art was, is and will be conceived and created by a mind opened up temporarily via the natural drugs of the earth that have little to no side effects other than prison if your government catches you doing it. This is especially true of popular music which is universally loved by all. It is indeed a tragic reflection that we need drugs to reach this clean state of consciousness but our cultural conditioning is strongly rooted and difficult to overcome. I note several posts relating to the absolute horror of a bright young man having his life extinguished by an ALCOHOL fueled gorilla ... yet no calls to ban this insidious drug and its promotion as a harmless social relaxant. Ever hear of a stoned marijuanna user killing people for fun with direct physical violence ? It has never happened anywhere ever as far as I can tell. Drug addicts are people who have no control over themselves. Just like people who are morbidly obese because they eat too much or even sex addicts that acquire AIDS for lack of a precautionary safe-sex approach. Neither drugs nor food nor sex are the problem ... Stand clear - evolution in progress.

Biggest turn offs for me .. Possessiveness & Jealousy point blank ! In my previous line of work I saw a lot of women- mostly under 30 I might add, who get the sads after a few drinks. I literally couldn't handle it, I had to walk away. Obviously I was compassionate to those who were genuinely upset but the ones I saw on a weekly basis crying over the same garbage, I didn't bother. I also find it very unattractive to see women who drink to ridiculous levels.

It depends who you listen to. Many rappers first albums are about their struggles in the street, i respect anyone who can take themselves out of a horrible environment and improve themselves, no matter how they do it. It's usually the second or third album that becomes all about the "bitches, bling, money" I rarely buy 2nd or 3rd albums.
