Something big is clearly on in Melbourne that weekend. My first choice hotel wasn't available on the Saturday night but the back up is nearby to the venue too. I missed the cheap flight down but coming back is cheap.

Try travelodge in docklands. Juat uptge road n quite reasonable fr what I gather. Loys of other little hotels around the area in flinders st. Ibis. Also try anything on swanton street. - Posted from rhpmobile

We've done that deliberately so that anyone visiting from interstate can attend both events. Yes, some of us might be a little worse for wear after the ball but nothing a hair of the dog won't fix The details for the M&G can be found under the Events & Clubs tab at the top of the page. Anyone can wear one if they wish :)

We didn't have nametags last time. Just do the normal thing smile relax and mingle. Hard for some who are shy. Am a bit shy abd reserved before my gin and tonic. Lol. No but am generally chatty but not loud. To those who I haven't met, specially the shy ones, come up and say hello. Am saving my smiles and corny jokes for ya. I might even give u a warm friendly hug, coz am touchy feely that way. Not in a creepy nor sleazy way. Look forward to chatting to y'all. Abd look forward to billy dancing. If you go to the Manage account / profile (drop down from the Home tab) ....and scroll down the page, on the left hand side is Intro Cards. You can make your own name tag with your profile info, print them off and wear them or share them round.
