Some are you lot are keeping me very busy! Nothing like a flurry of last minute registrations, cancellations, no...reverse that cancellation! I need a secretary! Or is it a drink?! I'm very much looking forward to the night - we have just under 100 people who have said they will attend. We will have a blast!

I hope everyone appreciates your efforts, it's not easy giving your time and effort for the benifit of others, I hope everyone makes you feel special. It's a shame that some of the regulars of M&G's are unable to make it, I know they'll be missed. Hope we all have a great time this weekend. I think that was the largest turnout of couples for a Melbourne M&G.....great to see. Another enjoyable evening, thanks kissk and Ralf once again. Trust all the interstaters remembered to wind their cocks...oppps, clocks forward one hour and made it to the airport on time. It was interesting to meet so many who rarely , if ever, post on the forums.....just goes to show that many read them. funlover.....my hand appears quite sore this morning, just how many times did I need to clip you up the back of your head?

I'm back in Brisbane now thinking a nanna nap is very much called for. Kissk, thank you for organising the event it was fantastic. It was lovely to catch up with everyone again and to meet some new people. Melbourne as always delivered a memorable experience and a great pair of shoes. Thanks to the shoe shopping crew, ralf, kissk and twintownjack for helping me make the choice and the laughs.

People converged on the venue from everywhere - interstate, country Victoria, Melbourne - the list is endless! From all the debriefings carried out today we had over 65 people pop in at some point through the night - what a fabulous turnout! The weather was perfect with one season all day; glorious sunshine during the day and warmth all night - who would have thought that possible in Melbourne. A happy vibe shone through you all; laughter rang through the place and wide smiles were the most popular fashion accessory. The venue was once again absolutely perfect and the live music got us up and dancing. I had a great night and loved meeting so many new people and of course catching up with all the regulars. A big thanks to Ralf for being a great co-organiser - you rock! And a big thank you to those of you from the dancing crew who kept me out to a ridiculous hour of the morning. Meet & Greets are a success when the attendees are willing to mingle, laugh and chat - you did all that and more. What a great bunch of people you all are!

I missed my flight but if I'm honest it wasn't to do with daylight savings.... I was just very hungover actually probably still over the limit...you Melbourne people are a very bad influence on me 😇

Am back in Canberra after an awesome weekend. Fantastic job KissK and Ralph.The venue was great and the sultry weather just added to it.Best of all was the time and effort you both put in not only before hand but also all through the night.We had not been there long at all and were talking to a few people when I felt fingernails running down my back.I turned around and the both of you were there to say hello and make yourselves known.You are both great value and very genuine.In fact Ralph is so giving she even offered to come back to our hotel with her video camera-lolWe had an awesome time , met some fantastic people ,caught up again with some fantastic people we have met before and had a few drinks and a laugh.Looking forward to going again and getting the chance to meet some of the others we didn't get the chance to meet.
