Quoting 'Sun_Kissed'I guess, like you say you're going to call out cheats and liars, I'm going to call out egotists and bitchy pettiness when the mood strikes me. Freedom of speech exists.

Quoting 'sirlurkalot'Does the OP state explicitly that the pics are of him?? It was stated in a private message sent to several ladies here.

Quoting 'Sun_Kissed'Things would be a lot more pleasant around here if you just let some things slide sometimes. The pack mentality and the pattern of belittling others for sport is distasteful. Now you can hold me out as an example if you wish - you can call me a fake or whatever other label floats your boat and justifies your self-righteousness - but that doesn't make your behaviour OK. Watching forum threads like this is like watching bullies in a schoolyard. For whatever reason the OP has chosen to play the game the way he has, in the end he's doing zero harm to anyone. Literally zero harm. From all accounts he's offended your moral sensibilities. Outraged them even. So you launch an attack as though there's only one set of morals to rule the world - yours (news flash, there's not). As if attacking him in return like some gleeful sport is somehow better than his original transgression (news flash, it's not). Lately it's seemed like a bunch of you are sitting around waiting for the next poor fool you can jump on and tear down. That's your behaviour, that's on you. Regardless of what someone else does, when you don't like it and get all Kermit-arms about it and jump on it like pack animals - that's all about you. Nothing anyone else does justifies it. There are other, more human, more decent pathways. Don't respond to the thread - silence and non-engagement will take the wind out of someone's sails pretty quickly. Report the thread. Report the profile. Move on and choose not to behave like a bunch of screaming banshees. For the record, other forum readers are smart enough to work out when someone's bull shitting. They can follow the thread just like you do. They actually don't need you to paint it in bright, excited colours for them. And the OP won't get a clearer message from public shaming than he would from just being ignored. So why the drama? Why the feeding frenzy? Why the apparent lust for attention? These are rhetorical questions, of course. - Posted from rhpmobile Quoting 'Sun_Kissed'It's not about his fake (or not, or who cares) pics. It's about the tipping point that so often occurs on threads like these when a group of people start thriving on the ridicule of another. Happens all the time and it's ugly. If you're content to call out ugly behaviour by others then don't be surprised when it happens in return. It amuses me, in that 'wry smile in the corner of my mouth' kind of way, how you and others act above reproach. Someone does something that doesn't meet your standards and suddenly everyone gets their petty bitch on, with glee. But that's OK, because he deserved it, right?! I've been watching this for goodness knows how long and it's as distasteful now as it ever has been. It's one thing to call something out, but another thing all together to treat it like sport or to get hat seems like such a kick out of it. Of course I'm referring now to posts here but also on other threads. I guess, like you say you're going to call out cheats and liars, I'm going to call out egotists and bitchy pettiness when the mood strikes me. I feel my speech is a lot less riddled with hateful phrases like this...

Most of us would infringe copyright at some stage, posting pictures on our FB accounts for example, but I guess you could use the argument that you were using it for personal use. As for pretty or professional looking pictures I assume that most of them are fake. What I vehemently object to is someone using somebody else's face and passing them off as their own. It is implied and reasonable for someone to assume that pictures people put up on a dating site would be of themselves.

What get's my goat is the ( since you are having your say as, which is in your right) one's caught out, cry foul - ohhh I'm getting attacked/harrased/picked on whatevvvver, because they can't keep their story straight once they have divulged too much infomation to the avid reader of forums that pick them up on it.. you call them "forum police" which is harsh , just general readers that smell a rotten fish when they see it and question the validity of their words!

Quoting 'Meeka100' It is implied and reasonable for someone to assume that pictures people put up on a dating site would be of themselves.Exactly!! And I totally do not understand how some feel that it is acceptable otherwise. I would rather someone have NO pictures than to have false / misleading / inspirational photos. Mind you, this is just MY opinion and no doubt makes no difference whatsoever to the majority of RHPers. People will do what they want to do and justify it any way they can. I do have a question though. Does RHP "verify" your profile if say, one of your photos was actually of you, but some other pics aren't? Just curious....

People take their aspirational pics and fuck off. I'm here to meet real breathing, bleeding people, and if they don't look like the pics they display then they are wasting my time, money and emotions. If you are not honest in your profile, then I cannot trust you to be honest in any other dealings we may have. Hp xo 💌 Because I'm worth it...

Aspirational pics have NO place here. After you have established contact you can then supply the fool with all the aspirational pics that you wish... Online car sales must show pics only of the actual vehicle that is for sale... Wtf should this place be any different ? Rhp's terms and conditions state that all pics must be of you. Sirlurk, with respect mate both Freya and kaptainkaos look nothing like a zebra or a Picasso respectively... But no one expects them to, and importantly they don't claim them to be physical representations of themselves. Hp xo 💌 Because you're worth it...

Only as problematic as age, location, etc.... The fact is people have their own motivations be it professional disposition or they're trying to avoid someone from finding them.... Who am I to judge them for that?? Looks only matter if that's all you wish to see them as.....hence the trophy piece comment - Posted from rhpmobile

Quoting 'Meeka100' With your story... The woman came in and said "you evil woman how could you?" And now you all shun her and have ostracised her? That's a bit ridiculously harsh isn't it? by the way I am intrigued. What sort of punishment makes your ears ring? Did she put a rubbish bin on your head and bang it? Do tell!!! EXACTLY!Sunkissed talked about "mob bullying" in one of her posts.I call this MOB BULLYING!FOXY

For what I have done, can not be undone.I hope that those who have parts within their profile or pics that are questionable learn from what has transpired here. As for mob bullying, what happened with my friend, was indeed that. Thank you Meeka for making me aware of this.Of that I am sorry and will attempt to rectify this.As for mob bullying on this thread, I believe it was more a quest for answers.Meeka,As for the ears, rub an ice cube around the tragus and across the temporal bone of the ear, then cup your hands and clap them over the ear. Start gently and progressively get firmer.I am not asking for absolution, I am what I am, but I strive to be better than I can.ObbiPs. Yes foxy I do read every thread and every post in that thread.

Quoting 'sirlurkalot'Looks only matter if that's all you wish to see them as.....hence the trophy piece comment If people don't want their faces on an adult site, fine, I totally get that. If they are not comfortable even showing a body part, use a bloody sunset or something. Looks don't only matter if that's what we wish to see them as. The best pics I've seen here have not had a face in them. Again, this is about not only using someone else's pic, but lying about it when found out.

I just think lying about the other details is just as bad as the pics. I agree and totally get what you're saying, but I think someone that for example says they live in Sydney but actually live in say Wollongong are just as bad, yet we accept it. Lying is lying to me and deserves the same level of reaction.- Posted from rhpmobile

Sunkissed (under a previous username) admitted in another thread a week or two ago that only a couple of her 10-12 pics were actually her... She explained that the pics were aspirational... Sirlurk, mate I agree that all the lies are bad, but it's pretty hard to know that someone doesn't live where they claim in their profile. Their pic's as we have learnt are easy to trace to their source, and thus expose their lies. Hp xo 💌 Because you're worth it...- Posted from rhpmobile

But having been around for a long time, in both my posts I've described exactly what I've observed here and in other threads. It's a pattern I've been watching for a while and I'd finally had enough of it. I don't object in principle to people calling out something they don't like, but I wonder why everyone seems to feel the need all the time. That's what my forum police reference relates to - specifically, my observation that people feel the need to pick up on every little thing like a dog with a bone, and that posters seem to feed of each other's delight in catching someone out. In particular re - "just general readers that smell a rotten fish when they see it and question the validity of their words!" - I think posters do a lot more than question. I think they question, ridicule, attack, judge, gang up on and generally persist in all of this long after their point has been made. I find that behaviour ugly - much uglier, in my view, than many of the things that seem to trigger it in the first place.

Quoting 'Mesmerised' I feel my speech is a lot less riddled with hateful phrases like this... ... that you interpret my comments as hateful (I consider them simply observational), but you don't interpret the behaviour they relate to as hateful. I absolutely see the behaviour that way - it might start as valid questioning, as another poster put it, but it becomes mean-spirited and unkind treatment of others well beyond the point of reasonableness. I'm happy to agree to disagree.

This person is clearly not respecting your wishes, no does mean no from either sex, you have been thoughtful and considerate of her feelings but she still doesn't get it. Sadly it seems you will just have to make excuses as she is going to take no for an answer, any which way she is going to come down with a thud but it won't be your fault as you have told her categorically that you are not interested in her that way, it may be that she won't just settle with friends and you will just have to break the bond unless she comes to her senses. Just be busy for a long while, if she doesn't get the hint that is all you can do, it sounds lit it is almost to the stage of harassing and stalking you

He is in fact hotter in real life (and this is not his new profile speaking) Way hotter than the pics. Hope he wasn't in bondage whilst I was having sex with him :-) Will recommend
