  Hi, this is *** from the *** service department, we see you are having a problem with your computer... 3 in one day last week. I have had that call so many times! I let one woman go on for a while before I hung up on her and she rang back and asked why! Hubby answered that one... She hung up. And then there are the calls that must be controlled by computer that wait a second or so after you answer, before they say "Goodbye" and hang up. I wonder why I answer the phone at all sometimes. These might be someone's hated words, "If it's important, they'll leave a message" hehe. Peachy
