I think it’s fine. Each party needs to try to cater to different types of people in this lifestyle. - Posted from rhpmobile

My dog's birthday soon. Only dogs are allowed. Another example of events that exclude people :) - Posted from rhpmobile

If the parties are open and its first comes first serve it would be a cock fest and not a good for anyone - Posted from rhpmobile

We are running a meet and greet in a few weekends and have not sold a single male ticket. Has been couples and single girls. Is that self exclusion by the guys or is it the ten dollar cover charge thats turning them away lol We are nearly sold out for couples and girls which we thought mite happen but cant get a bite from a single guyWe mite just take the single guys tickets off the page seeing as there isnt any interest for them to attend! Seems to be a big difference between registering interest and actually attending. Next event after this we wont include any single guy tickets by the response we got to this event.

The single guy who does end up going will be "killing the PIG" 👍just an expression. Would be like shooting fish in a barrel💣.

The single guys are getting fed up of being rebuffed at the clubs, as most couples seem to be looking for single women

Selling men tickets is much different to having anybody there actually interested in them. That's what they do not know from the outset, and may be worried about or have experienced before (complete lack of interest) when they have tried. Yes of course you never know, and it's a risk you take, which is why a few may still attend (perhaps repeatedly). But it doesn't cost you anything to have the ticket option still open, as opposed to removing the option. It's very different than going to a generic/vanilla singles night, when you know pretty much half of the people there (assuming even ratios) ARE interested in your "type" (single man). I made a connection a few years ago at a mixed swingers night, but that can be the luck of the draw, I might have just happened to miss talking/introducing to that one couple by one small moment. Or not have attended for some reason. So there might be someone at an event interested in you, but you have to manage to talk to nearly everyone, in order to find them, if any are there at all, and that can make it hard, especially for those that may be a little shy or not as confident in all conversations.

For example, if I knew there were some single women at that NSW meet looking for me, I might be prepared to drive all the way up there (and if I wasn't likely working) :)

... I think I'm 'excluded' from about 99% of parties and clubs, certainly from what I've seen. Which makes it rather difficult to participate in a large part of the scene 😔 - Posted from rhpmobile

Having just run our first meet and greet on the weekend where we had 4 single guys attend it was interesting to watch the dynamics. Two of the guys chatted and seemd to be able to find people to chat to which our beautiful hosts introduced them to people. Two of the other single guys sat on their own and failed to be able to talk to anyone despite being introduced and supported by our hosts. We had couples and single girls attend plus these guys and honestly they looked out of place depsite our hosts spending time with them and getting them to mingle. Comments from the couples there was they wernt interested in guys and had a few couples pull out due to them knowing guys were coming. Its a hard issue as a party organiser to get the mix right. We didnt sell all of our allocated single guy tickets yet couples were easily sold.

REALISTICALLY no one was excluded at the party you ran. Sounds like some couples excluded themselvez because 2 single guys were going. The other 2 that made no effort to mingle really in a way did not count if they did not want to join others.

As an occasional host it would be hypocritical for me to exclude anyone, and a little difficult to exclude myself :P (I guess I could always just tell others where to go and sit at home hoping for message feedback haha!)
