I'm all for peole having their own opinion. That's what I'm defending here. I do not display my bikes on my profile because I don't want to be earmarked as a lifestyle biker. That's not what I'm about. Those who choose to have every right to do so. You don't get it, that's fine. It's not you they are looking for. The ones they are looking for are the ones who will appreciate that motorcycle pic on their profile. Live and let live.

Quoting 'Jay_Me'AFL, Rugby,... League... and a soccer coach.. Is there anything you cant do ? Im in awe..Seriously' to go back through old posts to dig up something that wasnt that big a deal to start with. You really are chasing the extremes.. As much as I tryed to keep things on a even keel' you were hell bent on pushing your opinion to the max. You could have agreed to disagree but you wanted more than that... This is ridiculous, all because someone said they didnt see the point of showing a motor bike in a profile for god's sake.. It was a opinion only, which I stated a few times and should have been left there, but that wasnt good enough.. If anything' it is you who highjkacked the post with your persistant need to try and nail somebody simply because they said something you didnt want to hear... Does'nt surprise you dislike footballers.. It was fairly predictable you would say something like that... BUT' I respect that is your opinion.. I said that all along...Im happy to say that 'State of Origin" out rates every other code as the most watched sport in Australia... including AFL as recently reported by Ken Sutcliffe on channel 9.. You are amounst the few who miss out by choice...its all good buddy... i have some past qld state of origin players ...who are friends, and a couple who are ex workmates, but yea...footy was a passion... WAS being the key word.... but we have many many things between us that we consider as passions.... including each other..... we never set out to pin anyone with anything...but you persist, and still do.... sorry that our love of motorcycles so 'annoys you'.... apologies if my sharing of something 'anecdotal' offended you.... sorry that we found others as positive but you as negative.... like i said...it was 'conversational' until you added your critique....

Lets all join hands and sing Kumbaya my Lord. My wife has created a monster. Can't believe there could be so much negative energy on a site where we should all be sharing love. Get off the forums and get on the search page. Find someone sexy, get over there (on a bike if you must) get naked and release some of that tension. I'm going upstairs to relieve myself of this terrible working day. Nothing better. Peace.

Geez what a stack of carry on I like bikes- not all but a bunch, I like dirt bikes with dirt on em, I like superbikes that go fast, I like dirty fatt choppers that sound fat and look shiny, I like tatts and attitude and passion...... I am not a fan of dudes trying to look tough on a gutless bike with no style so much so it might as well be classed as a moped and if it's a profile pic it's a real turn off to me but it gives me a chuckle.Cass xxx

And when they do look tough- it's sexy and I think it's fine as a profile pic if they can pull it off without making me chuckle sympathetically :) I think action shots are more appealing then the posed still shot that way you know they can ride and didn't just jump on one left unattended in the car park- like my kids do pmsl :)Cass xxQuoting 'Jay_Me' Backonthebike' You see' I like bikes too... The trouble started when I said I dont see the connection of a bike pic on RHP... Anyway' I agree with what you last posted.. I think everyone has moved on.... Multiples... Plenty of guys who like to look tough on big bikes too... not just the gutless bikes.. Off to Phuket on Sunday' the first thing I'll do is hire a motorbike for the whole 2 weeks.. Just love it... Now wheres that sexy onel I was just chatting too ....

theres really no 'toughness' displayed by 'bikers'....thats something you might find among the 'bikies' and 'pseudo bikies'....you know...the thugs and wanna be thugs.... you'll find that 'bikers' just dont have the time...or inclination to pose and posture...theres riding to be done, and time to spend with friends..... the 'pretenders' are easy to spot...too clean leathers and $1500.00 helmets, the expensive boots and all the 'trendy' gear.... we ride by choice...its what we do. its my preferred form of transport, and to be honest, i'd rather ride than sit in a cage. bikes and sex go hand in hand, so the logical progression is that bikes, and sex, and RHP go hand in hand as well....for us, the proof is in the pudding...we've met people who we normally wouldnt have....through sharing that we ride.... we have spent time with people who are of similar mindset...because of bikes...and we've formed long term friendships....because of bikes and RHP. will we stop sharing bike pics? no... theres more to come. Shels gallery on one of our bikes has received a huge response...and is the reason we have had invites to meet and join people to indulge our passion for motorcycling. 'liking' bikes....and hiring a scooter in phuket...is simply not what we are about...places like that are where novices lose their lives... we dont ride 'boy racer' bikes by choice...as 'naked' machines are our preference, hence the Ducati Monster, the Kawasaki z750 and the Yamaha FZ8N, that i've owned these past few years.. i grew up riding a Maico 440 mxer and XT500 dirt bike and have had machines as diverse as a turbo Z1r, to the current Meanstreak 1600.........and a Harley Davidson Street Glide looks to be the next "tourer" for our aging asses to perch upon....... bikes are part of our life....theres even a Motorcycle dealership in the family.......and a collection of Italian machines (my 52 y/o sister rides a Duc)...........bikes are tho...just one passion.. we have many passions....including each other....

Quoting 'Jay_Me'I've riden anything from scooters through to Harleys in Phuket .. If fact it's whatever I fancy on the day.. I dont need to make a statement, I ride because I enjoy it for what it is... At the end of the day' the bike goes in the parking bay until the next day.. or even the next.. The bike is only part of the holiday... thankfully' theres much much more to my life than a machine... whhooo hoooo.. only 2`days to go... no...its a fact.... places like phuket are dangerous...I grew up in sth east asia..... the locals dont abide by the rules, of which there are few, and the bikes are not what you can buy here...most are sub 250 in size, and they class a 400 as a 'superbike'....larger bikes are few and far between............ hiring a bike is not what being a 'biker' is about....... neither is 'making a statement'...whatever that might be...........we leave that to the 'wanna be's' and the 'almosts'.......like i said before...we arent 'poseurs' or 'pretenders'... we ride because we enjoy riding, and own bikes, because thats been a life long choice, and as natural as driving a car.......like you....i can ride what i like...on an almost daily basis...but unlike you...its free, and its available year round.... Wednesday is a ride day with the Harley guys....maybe a vrod muscle this time........

I've disagreed with Mike myself and I can tell you he won't let it go. You're attacking a man's passion here, not his transportation. From the beginning, you just haven't got this. Motorcycles are displayed on peoples profiles because they are an intrinsic part of their lifestyle. Being such, they are not out of place on their profile. Miss backonthebike was asking why they do it. Well, that's why they do it. She didn't ask if they should. Neither you nor I nor anyone else has any business telling a person how they should represent themselves. You don't like riding motorcycles as much as the next guy because Mike is the next guy.

Quoting 'Jay_Me'Cant believe you can find that much ado all because of a machine... For the record' I been going to Phuket for the last 10 years.. I know about the rules' or lack of rules... so thats not a issue..Only 1 more day and away... yesssssss.... its not 'just a machine'........its the basis of a mutli billion dollar industry, and the basis of entire lifestyles....and cultures. can you imagine a footballer still playing at 80? i know a guy who is 78 that just bought another Ducati, and hes been riding since ooh 1950 or so..... (and was still racing in his 60's).......how many 'old' footballers turn up to a carnival? 35,000 motorcycles turned up for the Sturgis Rally last year in the US (400,000 people).......more for Daytona bike week..(500,000 people).......... witness the carparks at Philip Island for the MotoGP races...or at the Malaysian MotoGP....its not 'just a machine' to any of these people..... i'll say it again..........hiring a bike (scooter?) doesnt make you a 'biker' or 'bike lover'

from now on.. let's find every man on here who displays himself in gear as a kick boxer. Let's find every woman who displays a skimpy outfit with high heels. Let's work on a list of people who dare to display any of their passions on there profile pictures.. OR anything which MIGHT be constued as such :) While we do that.. we will need to verify that every man and woman ONLY displays photos no longer then a week old.. Oppps.. my love for remote and cave type environments will need to go too.. AND mine with the weights.. AND my bike shot.. Hell.. things can get a little out of hand eh.. ? :) caveman

Think full leathers on a moped haha even if they do brave the highway it just looks wrong and those giant touring bikes pmsl they look hilarious I think Mike the point of the pics are to attract people not repel them in fits of hysteria. Not all of them have to be flash though- I gotta thing for the Postie Bike is it the rough sound or the postman I dunno?I agree with people displaying passions but better if they put themselves in the pic. If there is mutual ground thats a good basis for friendship and often creates instant chemistry of some degree- usually high (for me).If a someone puts up a pic of them swimming in a waterhole and another riding a horse, notes there love of food and boxing we are going to have a fun weekend ;)Cass xxx

Hey well said. I don't give a rats arse about bikes. Having known friends with bikes and 2 have died on them, I don't care if they like them or not. I have interests I like too. I think if they want to stick up a pic of their baby, then what ever... I, like yourself, like to look at eyes and bodies that I might intend to meet. I don't want to meet the bike, it won't do jack for me. Also please guys, put up pics of your face. It is much nicer than a body that could be anyone's.

There's a thread on couple's corner with the lengthy title, "Is it so absurd for the female of the couple to ask for a male face pic?" You should check it out. I can see that you have no hang ups about showing your face to us all but most of us feel that a little discretion is requred. Most of us have face pics available on our private galleries. Jennylee and I have adult children and we don't want to embarass them should they come across our profile. We also don't wish to answer their questions about why we're on this site Whether you agree with these reasons or not, these are our feelings on the subject and we're entitled to conduct ourselves in this manner. You may not like motorcycles, but that just means you are not the person these people are searching for. When you see a motorcycle on a person's profile, doesn't that tell you a little about that person. In your case, it tells you these are not the people for you. In another person's case it may tell them, "We have a common interest". That's a start. A photo of a person's face will tell you if they are physically attractive but that motorcycle or even that baby pic tells you more about who they are. Don't expect everyone to share your veiws and standards. It would be a boring world were we all the same, now wouldn't it?

Check out my profile. No motorcycle pics to be seen. Never has been, never will be. I'm not about the biker lifestyle. I'm about freedom of choice. I'm about defending people who are not doing wrong. You seem to be about telling people what you don't want to see and expecting them to listen. When are you going to start listening, I wonder?

I'm about defending people who are not doing wrong. You seem to be about telling people what you don't want to see and expecting them to listen. When are you going to start listening, I wonder? its ok mate...this guy 'jay' isnt the sort we'd look for anyway, and we dont care if he likes bikes or not.. the bikes just an example, and for us only one of the passions we have....notice our pics...they are primarily of Shel...shes my passion...i could sell my bikes and never ride again, if it made her happy....it doesnt tho..........she likes bikes, and finds them to be arousing, the whole experience is as good as an aphrodisiac.... and to us, anything that adds to our relationship, or enhances any experience just has to be a good thing........ i could show pics of handguns.....i have a collection, and am quite the marksman, or it could be of guitars.....we both play, Shel classically ,and me, well I'm a bit more versatile, playing banjo and ukele and even slide (have a dobro), or it could be of my calligraphy brushes and pens...... Shels passions could also be displayed....she's an ex model, hostess, hairdresser and beautician....its doesnt really matter..... sharing pics that expand for others, just who we or they might be, has to be a good thing, especially if it allows for a closer connection with others.... wouldnt it be a shame if we only ever met people who we shared no common interests with, other than sex? where would conversations begin and end? with the weather?? we enjoy conversation that goes beyond the latest footy scores, or how much rain we've seen, and prefer to share those things that interest US, as its for US that we are here in the first place...to explore and experience things with other people, whose company WE enjoy, and who we share common interests with..............

I support the passionate and talented artist displaying her sketches on her profle. I support the rugged wild man displaying a pic of himself peering from his cave. I support the man staring into his camera like a deer in the headlights. I support any person showing their torso but keeping their face pics for their PG for privacy. I support (while at the same time disapproving of) the guy showing their dick shots. I support the beachcomber in his board shorts on the sand. I display my tattoos as they have great significance for me but I only have three (the third being the Chinese symbol for 'husband' on the back of my neck) and I doubt that I'll find any more that will be of enough importance to me to brand myself with. No one here would appreciate being told they should take their pics away because they aren't relevant. It's for each person to decide what's relevant to them. Jay_me, I support your right to voice your opinion. You are well within your rights to say you don't like or approve of these pictures. You are out of line to suggest that they don't belong and shouldn't be here.

theres this Harley ad that I think is very well done....the words tho, are kinda universal.... 'bikers' will get them , others may as well.... but i dont know if the 'boy racer' or 'ricers' will feel it applies...... HARLEY DAVIDSON CREEDWe believe in going our own wayNo matter which of the way the rest of the world is goingWe believe in bucking the system that’s built to smash individuals like bugs on a windshieldSome of us believe in the man upstairsAll of us believe in sticking it to the man down hereWe believe in the sky and we don’t believe in the sunroof We believe in freedomWe believe in dust, tumbleweed, buffalo, mountain ranges, and riding off into the sunsetWe believe in saddlebags and that cowboys had it rightWe believe in refusing to knuckle under to anyoneWe believe in wearing black because it doesn’t show any dirt or weaknessWe believe the world is going soft and we’re not going along with itWe believe in motorcycle rallies that last a weekWe believe in roadside attractions, gas station hotdogs, and finding out what is over the next hillWe believe in rumbling engines, pistons the size of garbage cans, fuel tanks designed in 1936,freight train sized headlights, chrome, and custom paintWe believe in flames and skullsWe believe life is what you make itAnd we make it one hell of a rideWe believe the machine you sit on can tell the world exactly where you standWe don’t care what everyone else believesAmen I've not owned a Harley yet, but we are manouvering ourselves to a position where we can afford one..... the damned things are worth a small fortune.... the bike we are looking at is the current 'Street Glide'....... its fuel injected, 1690cc's, has ABS, and Cruise Control and looks 'shit hot'..............its the 'hot rod' of the Harley range, and it rides and handles as good as, if not better than anything anyone else offers.......in its class...... I just want one.

its because men like motorbikes and they dont have enough brain to realise most women dont care about them or cars if men had a brain they would think about what women like and take a pic of that....then maybe they'd get laid a bit more lol but we all know when it comes to men...they are all that matters Hugs

So a very long and convoluted discussion on bikes and pics. I haven't posted a pic of my bike because I wasn't sure anyone gave a shit if I rode... I do like to see women interested in bikes and they are the ones I tend to "try" and contact. I found this thread a bit hard to get through due to some of the less than flattering things said about bikers. I will say I am not a fan of harley's and the people who think harley is epitome of motorcycling. Ridden most styles of bike and find it hard to go past something that goes hard around corners and has good brakes. I do a lot of long distance riding and some of it has been on small bikes, across the country on an rz 250 anyone? My all time faves have been my last couple just due to the way new bikes are so good at everything. Currently riding a ducati since august last year and have over 25000ks since I bought it new. Bikes are for some a passion and displaying your passion lets people know what they are in for when they meet you.

Bikes are for some a passion and displaying your passion lets people know what they are in for when they meet you. we were here for a few years before we showed pics of bikes...they were actually posted initially as the 'theme' pics one month some time ago.....from that point, we have added more to our profile, and expanded the range of people contacting us as a result.... we now have people from all over the country who comment on our profile and bike pics....so that cant be a bad thing can it? like you, i own a ducati, and its the only 'non-japanese' bike i've owned for a very long time.... my early experiences with things european were that they were either unreliable (early duc's etc), or so completely over the top that they were unrideable (maico 250's n 440's)... like you, i ride in excess of 25000k per year (most was nearly 50k), mostly on japanese 'nakeds' like z1r's and old 750/4's, and more recently on a kawasaki z750 and yamaha fz8n...... these are the bikes my tastes lean towards.... but, as we get older, and bones become more brittle and joints and backs become less supple and forgiving, we have begun looking at cruisers....as an option for both of us....me as rider (much easier and more relaxed) and for Shel as passenger (she has bad back, knees and shoulder)....... cruisers offer us comfort, and a measure of luxury.... most are ABS and Cruise control equipped, and most have sufficient storage space.....we chose a Harley as our next new bike.... becasue we liked the look, how it rides, and especially, how it sounds...... Victories are a bit george jetson-ish for our tastes, and the japanese bikes? they are all great, but a massive and terminal engine failure in my supposedly 'bullet proof' kawasaki meanstreak, has made us a little nervous..... the Honda 'Rune' is too expensive ($34k plus for a ten year old used one) and the Suzuki Boulevard M109r scares the pants off Shel (good thing?)........ i like the Triumph Rocket 'roadster'.... but silly me pulled a 200m mono on the test bike...not a good idea....lol.... i'll buy only 1 Harley in my lifetime, as at $32k, they arent 'throw away' items.... it'll do me, not as a 'daily' ride, but as something to drag out on a weekend, so my beautiful, sexy, and 'bike mad' wife and I can enjoy some 'together' time..... and on occasion..we'll spend time riding with one of the groups we belong to..... our Christmas Toy Run was with a group of 4 or 500 other motorcycles..... much fun.......

I must admit, I had a rather long chuckle at this thread.....Whomever said "if you have to ask, you don't get it" is correct. The reason I don't have any photos of me on bikes is purely because i tend to ride alone and when I do have to ride with a photographer, the photographer and company own the photo rights...it would also put my professional integrity at risk to post those photos here. Everyone does have a right to an opinion nor does anyone deserve to have another opinion rammed down their throats. There is no defined sense of what constitutes a "biker". However, riding a bike annually for a couple of weeks does not constitute being a long term rider or "biker". I won't list what i do or don't own, what I have or haven't ridden or where I have or haven't ridden. It would be pointless and add nothing to the thread. It is sufficient to say that motorcycles, the accessories, the lifestyle and it's camaraderie provide me with an income and the opportunity to do some pretty damn awesome things so I would say that's a fairly obvious example of where my allegiances lie. What other people make of that is entirely up to them.

Having your say once? Holy crap... you have managed to have your say 36 times on this particular topic. Yes we get it.... You love bikes...about as much as you love your wife. The OP was about why people put them in thier profile pics NOT the merits of riding bikes or different makes of bikes. Many people see you as "Knuckle dragging neandethals"? Just exactly what universe and times are you living in? Who could possibly think that the delectable Shel was a knuckle dragging neandethal, let alone someone who was going to drag off young girls and rape them? Jay_Me made a few commentas about football being his passion and it not ruling his life and what happened there? You, Mike, of the 36 posts, promtly accused him of...and I quote... "one of the ones who hyjacked the thread and ruined it" Then go on to accuse WantedBabyDaddy of hyjacking the thread after three comments as well...just because they have a differing opinion than your? Quoting 'Handmaiden' Having your say once? "one of the ones who hyjacked the thread and ruined it" Then go on to accuse WantedBabyDaddy of hyjacking the thread after three comments as well...just because they have a differing opinion than your? i posted this because it was interesting..... its well written and was just a bit of a fun thing to post........ i only saw it for the first time, in full, a few weeks ago.... Harley doesnt advertise here heavily at all..... in fact, nobody does, outside of the Moto GP broadcasts......i imagined that it might be entertaining for others to read........ sadly thats not been the case....sorry everyone for attempting to be clever...........lol. Quoting 'Handmaiden' Having your say once? (once about others hijacking the thread) Holy crap... you have managed to have your say 36 times on this particular topic.(does it matter how many times? half were responses to others....you should read, not just count) Yes we get it... .(do you? really?) You love bikes...about as much as you love your wife. (my wife loves bikes too, and bought me my last one) The OP was about why people put them in thier profile pics NOT the merits of riding bikes or different makes of bikes. (it went there of its own accord, early, and miketheduc and i were having an on topic exchange) Many people see you as "Knuckle dragging neandethals"? Just exactly what universe and times are you living in? Who could possibly think that the delectable Shel was a knuckle dragging neandethal, let alone someone who was going to drag off young girls and rape them? (Shels not a biker....she doesnt ride..... She loves that I do....and its an accurate description of how people think of 'bikers) Jay_Me made a few commentas about football being his passion and it not ruling his life and what happened there? (footballs not the same...you cant drive to melbourne on a football, its a passion yes, but its not the same..... or even close, hiring a bike in phuket doesnt make you a biker, any more than $20k and a leather jacket does) You, Mike, of the 36 posts, promtly accused him of...and I quote... "one of the ones who hyjacked the thread and ruined it" (because he wanted to make an argument of the topic...it 'annoyed' him )Then go on to accuse WantedBabyDaddy of hyjacking the thread after three comments as well...just because they have a differing opinion than your? (she had made it clear that she thought it 'boring'..... repeating herself was not needed was it?) Bahahahahahaha. ( i love this laugh.....its so.....revealing) They did that by commenting three or four times? (i wasnt counting so thanks) Really Mr 36 comments? (now its 38 or something) Bikes and sex go hand in hand? Do they? Maybe in your world sunshine but I think I could find much better things to curl my hand around rather than the throttle of a bike.(not just me or us, but a whole swathe of media/magazines/movies and the entire 'biker' world.... go to a bike show /race/rally and see how sex and bikes mix) You then go on to post the entire Harley Davidson creed....just so there is no doubt that you are passionate about bikes.. (because i thought it clever, no other reason and i thought others would as well,,,i dont own a harley). You have constantly slammed others for any negative comment but hey, in your own words... ( i didnt slam anyone, but certainly disagreed with jay....which i am entitled to do....as he is me/us........oh and i left that alone quite some time ago) "This is just a conversation" (for me yes, because at no point did anything in the thread upset me, or make me feel like i was arguing...there was no 'emotion' involved) Not only is it just a conversation...there is new words being introduced to the ever evolving english language......DUCATISTI? Quoting 'mikeandshel' how is this...........'off topic'?? ffs?we were here for a few years before we showed pics of bikes...they were actually posted initially as the 'theme' pics one month some time ago.....from that point, we have added more to our profile, and expanded the range of people contacting us as a result.... we now have people from all over the country who comment on our profile and bike pics....so that cant be a bad thing can it? like you, i own a ducati, and its the only 'non-japanese' bike i've owned for a very long time.... my early experiences with things european were that they were either unreliable (early duc's etc), or so completely over the top that they were unrideable (maico 250's n 440's)... like you, i ride in excess of 25000k per year (most was nearly 50k), mostly on japanese 'nakeds' like z1r's and old 750/4's, and more recently on a kawasaki z750 and yamaha fz8n...... these are the bikes my tastes lean towards.... but, as we get older, and bones become more brittle and joints and backs become less supple and forgiving, we have begun looking at cruisers....as an option for both of us....me as rider (much easier and more relaxed) and for Shel as passenger (she has bad back, knees and shoulder)....... cruisers offer us comfort, and a measure of luxury.... most are ABS and Cruise control equipped, and most have sufficient storage space.....we chose a Harley as our next new bike.... becasue we liked the look, how it rides, and especially, how it sounds......

Quoting 'mikeandshel' Quoting 'jensman1903' Check out my profile. No motorcycle pics to be seen. Never has been, never will be. I'm not about the biker lifestyle. I'm about freedom of choice. I'm about defending people who are not doing wrong. You seem to be about telling people what you don't want to see and expecting them to listen. When are you going to start listening, I wonder? its ok mate...this guy 'jay' isnt the sort we'd look for anyway, and we dont care if he likes bikes or not.. the bikes just an example, and for us only one of the passions we have....notice our pics...they are primarily of Shel...shes my passion...i could sell my bikes and never ride again, if it made her happy....it doesnt tho..........she likes bikes, and finds them to be arousing, the whole experience is as good as an aphrodisiac.... and to us, anything that adds to our relationship, or enhances any experience just has to be a good thing........ i could show pics of handguns.....i have a collection, and am quite the marksman, or it could be of guitars.....we both play, Shel classically ,and me, well I'm a bit more versatile, playing banjo and ukele and even slide (have a dobro), or it could be of my calligraphy brushes and pens...... Shels passions could also be displayed....she's an ex model, hostess, hairdresser and beautician....its doesnt really matter..... sharing pics that expand for others, just who we or they might be, has to be a good thing, especially if it allows for a closer connection with others.... wouldnt it be a shame if we only ever met people who we shared no common interests with, other than sex? where would conversations begin and end? with the weather?? we enjoy conversation that goes beyond the latest footy scores, or how much rain we've seen, and prefer to share those things that interest US, as its for US that we are here in the first place...to explore and experience things with other people, whose company WE enjoy, and who we share common interests with.............. and how is this off topic?

You may scratch your gonads, drag your knuckles all you like man. Nothing at all wrong with loving your bike. It just struck me as very hypocritical of Mike...or Shel to tell two other posters that they had "hyjacked" a topic because they dared to disagree with his 36...ooops.. 38 posts. But hey, he is no hypocrite. Obviously Mikes way or the highway and certainly if your disagree it is "on your bike mate" all in the tone of a conversation though.

It was a very pleasantly worded query into WHY the bike pictures were on display. That question was dealt with to most peoples satisfaction very early on. It's not unusual for a thread to take on a life of it's own. As long as people are talking, I guess it doesn't really hurt as long as the new topics are a natural progression from the original. Ofcourse that's only my opinion and I swear I won't get my nose out of joint if anyone disagrees.

You know, Jay, I have a few observations about your use of cliched phrases. As I already pointed out, when you said, "Correct me if I'm wrong," you were being condescending as you had no intention of accepting correction. You claimed to like motorcycles, "as much as the next guy," I expect this was an attempt to sound open minded, which you are not, and it was outright garbage anyway as you have no passion for bikes. My favourite, however, was, "talking through your hat." Control freaks use this term and similar terms when they are told somethng they don't like but have no reasonable arguement against it. When your position on the subject became untenable, you resorted to insults and foul language. I did try to warn you to give it away earlier, lad. Ce la vie.

You have yours and everyone else has thiers... So why dont you stop being such a fkg know all and allow other people have their own choices ? ..Fair dinkum mate' you're like a runaway truck now.. cant help yourself .. You have gone that far outta ur way to push your own priorities down everyone else's throat.. its become ferrel .. Every post is almost a repeat of the previous...And that stupid comment about you can ride to Melbourne but a footballer can't ?? HUH ? WTF ? For the record' whenever I got to play in Melbourne ' Brisbane ' NZ etc... my seat was in a plane, picked up and driven by bus to a hotel.. I dont need to push my lifestyle down anyone's throat.. It's their choice.Time to get off the stupid comments regarding what we rode in Phuket. ? Bloody childish.. I go for a holiday to enjoy the holiday and the million other things there is in life.. The bike I hired ( a Harley ) was a means to get to where it was I wanted it to take me.. nothing more..As far as your mate Jensman is concerned ' too silly for words.. cant even be bothered to read his crap..lol..........you cant ride a 'football' to melbourne tho can you? go grab a sherrin and sit on it in your driveway ffs....what i said was true........let me know how you go.....i can jump on a bus and plane like everyone else too...but you completely misunderstood what i said, but hey, thats to be expected...you've done it repeatedly.......leave it alone.... the threads been hijacked and is long dead..... the conversations over.......

...I wouldn't tell you or anyone one else what pics you 'should' be including in your profile but in my honest opinion, if you feel that hubby's surfboards helps define the person he is, by all means include them. Travel pics, I guess if they are exotic and picturesque locations, eg. the two of you atop Uluru or standing on the steps of the Pantheon, surely this would indicate that you are well travelled and interesting. I wouldn't choose pics of you standing outside the post office at Dubbo, this might not have the desired effect.

Well there are things in life that really give you more of a thrill than others and this of course is diff for diff folks. We have both ridden bikes for years and met some really great couples. Generally bikers are giving friendly and have things in common, even if they work/live in diff styles. same as when you go caravaning you meet great people with similar ideas, so RHP people would be the same its just a pity we cant recognise each other out in public. We have at present a very early Vespa and a trike.Might take some pics and put them/us in profile! We love holidays in Asia.

Oh' carefull mike dont take you apart for mentioning a Vespa... hehe.... that you choose to continue this..... you should read what was written days, perhaps even weeks ago, about what i/we consider to be passions..... the bikes (or pictures of) that have you so offended, were only 1 example of what might constitute a 'passion', at no point am i representing myself as 'intolerant' of others passions, and have said so many times....... what offends me tho, is your lack of understanding, and your accusations that this is how others behave..... the thread was about pics of bikes...... they apparrently 'annoy you'........in your words.... if they 'annoy you' so.....why then are you still here? to cause trouble? to be disruptive? rude? if its the latter, then congratulations, you have acheived your goal....and now you just continue to grow more and more offensive...to what end??.......why do you quote shit about football? like i care??? i played club level as a boy............by the time i was a man, we were racing motorcross and gocarts and rally cars on the weekends.............ball sports had been left behind........

If you don't want more responses, stop trying to provoke them. I'm also man enough to speak for my self. Jen saw Shel come out and support Mike and thought she should show support for me. I have ensured her its not necessary and it won't happen again. In fact, neither of us shall. With each post you send, Jay. You merely confirm every conclusion that I had come to regarding your own personality. You talk about people hiding behind their keyboards, isn't that what you're doing and still running scared. You have not once challenged any of my points because you know that you can't, so instead you resort to inane insults. You seem to think that if you can cast aspersions against me that you can distract people from the fact that my arguements contain substance. Now your recent posts have been brief and contemptuous. There has been no effort or thought put into them. They have been made up of primarily ambiguous sentence fragmants probably so you can say, "thats not what I said," if challenged on them. Either the girls are right and you are simply trying to provoke further responses for some perverse amusement of your own or you are posting any garbarge intent on having the last word. If you want it that bad, have it. I won't be back. As I had previously posted, if you wish to debate your attitude and opinions further, bring it to the 'arrogant bigot' thread. After all, it was you who inspired me to initiate it.
